Our standards

Editorial policy

How this publication handles sources, legal scope, examples, and corrections.

Primary sources and clear scope

The publication prefers official court materials, government consumer guidance, and first-party network documentation. Each journal article contains one editorial source link, with relevant internal guides for further reading. A source is used for the question it actually addresses; a technical specification does not determine a legal right, and a government refund directory does not cover every private settlement.

Facts, examples, and decisions

We distinguish an allegation, request, proposed agreement, court ruling, and distribution. Illustrative examples are labeled as examples. Practical checklists are organization aids, not official claim requirements. We do not publish fabricated cases, testimonials, professional credentials, payout estimates, or claims of eligibility.

Dates and factual review

Journal pages display their publication dates consistently with the article listing and feed. The reference set for this edition was reviewed on September 30, 2026. Readers should check current official orders and notices because case-specific instructions can change. A general guide is not a live case docket.

Corrections

To report a factual, accessibility, or link issue, email [email protected] with the page address, the passage in question, and a public primary source when available. Do not attach personal claim files, passwords, private keys, or recovery phrases.

Editorial identity

Articles are attributed to DigitalAssetSettlement.com Editorial, the publication’s organizational byline. No individual legal credential is implied. The publication is independent and makes no claim of government, court, network, or administrator affiliation.

Limits of the coverage

The current edition contains educational guides rather than a live database of pending lawsuits or open claim opportunities. It does not offer legal or investment advice. Questions about a person’s legal rights require an appropriately qualified professional with the relevant facts.
